Throughout my second field experience, I focused on developing my skills within competencies 1, 2, 4, 6, 9, 10, 11, & 12. In the document to the right, you will find my level of mastery at the time along with explanations as to how I progressed within those competencies.

Along with my professional competency evaluation grid, I completed an action plan in order to identify which competencies needed additional development. I identified the strategies I would use in order to improve my skills within those areas.
