Throughout my third field experience, I focused on developing my skills within competencies 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, & 12. In the document to the right, you will find my level of mastery for each competency. As well, I have provided explanations as to how I progressed within those competencies during my field experience.

Action Plan
Along with my professional competency evaluation grid, I completed an action plan in order to identify which competencies needed additional development. I identified the strategies I would use in order to improve my skills within those areas.
Workshops & Conferences
Throughout my third Field Experience, I had the opportunity to attend various meetings, workshops and conferences with my cooperating teacher.
I attended:
- Creating of IEP's / IEP meetings
- Resource meetings
- Pochette de Français workshop
- Quebec Sexual Education Program workshop
- Quebec Provincial Association of Teachers convention
- Collaborate, Create, Innovate (CCI) workshop : 1) Coding & Robotics in the Elementary classroom, 2) Introduction to robotics WEDO 2.0 and First Lego League Junios
Student Engagement
Throughout my third field experience, I have recognized that keeping students consistently engaged can be difficult. Therefore, I have brainstormed ways in which I can maintain student engagement in a way that targets learning goals.
